As the title says... What are the chances of increasing regulatory issues by including an siRNA element for bacterial selection instead of antibiotics? Mouse and human RNA III promoters work in both animals, whats to say these vaccines aren't constitutivley expressing these siRNA once delivered into mammaian tissue? Has testing been done to confirm they are not expressedin human cell lines?
